Chelsea will NOT punish boss Frank Lampard over telling Jurgen Klopp to 'f*** off' in a heated touchline outburst before calling Liverpool 'arrogant'

Chelsea will reportedly not take any action against manager Frank Lampard for his expletive-laden rant on the touchline against Liverpool on Wednesday.
Footage emerged which shows the moment the Chelsea boss lost his cool and exploded into a heated, foul-mouthed argument with Jurgen Klopp and the Liverpool bench, repeatedly telling his counterpart to ‘f*** off’.
The confrontation arose following a Chelsea foul which led to Liverpool’s second goal, but as first reported by The Times, there will be no punishment forthcoming from Chelsea for Lampard.
After the game, Lampard accused Liverpool of being ‘arrogant’, telling Sky Sports: ‘I’ve got no problem with Jurgen Klopp, he has managed this team and it is fantastic.
‘Some of the bench, it is a fine line between when you are winning and they have won the league, fair play to Liverpool Football Club but also don’t get too arrogant with it. In matchplay you get emotional and that is it.’
With his side trailing at Anfield following Naby Keita’s opener, Lampard saw the red mist descend when a foul was given on the edge of the Chelsea area.
The Blues boss immediately began to boil over at the referee’s decision, and responded immediately after hearing murmurings from the Liverpool section of the dug-out.
