‘DONE DEAL’: ‘SPECIAL PLAYER HAVING MEDICAL RIGHT NOW,HE’S GOING TO LEAVE – JOURNALIST

N’Golo Kante will be leaving Chelsea and joining Saudi Arabia club Al Ittihad this summer, according to reports.

Journalist Ben Jacobs has claimed this afternoon that N’Golo Kante’s proposed move to Al Ittihad is now a “done deal”.

It is explained that the 32-year-old is currently having his medical with the Saudi Arabia champions ahead of the imminent transfer.

Also, the France international has accepted a two-year contract worth a staggering €100million per season.

Jacobs wrote on Twitter: “N’Golo Kante to Al-Ittihad is a done deal. Kante is already undergoing his medical after accepting the two-year deal last night worth €100m per season.”

We heard from journalist Fabrizio Romano on Twitter yesterday that Kante was close to complete a move to join Al Ittihad. In fact, the club’s directors recently arrived in London to prepare the documents.

Kante will be available on a free transfer as his contract at Stamford Bridge expires at the end of the month.

Blues fans should feel disappointed they won’t get a proper goodbye to the midfielder, who’s been simply sensational during seven years in west London.

If you’re ranking the club’s best players from the past seven years, Kante and Eden Hazard stand alone as the best of a very talented bunch.
