All eyes will be on Cristiano Ronaldo’s Portugal as the European Championship holders begin their tournament defence with a Group F tie with Hungary in Budapest.

Ronaldo’s men are one of the favourites to lift the trophy this summer as their all-star squad including Ronaldo, Bruno Fernandes, Diogo Jota and Joao Felix try to live up to their pre-tournament hype. 

Portugal face a Hungary side desperate not to come out as the Group F whipping boys with France and Germany also in the group. They will be backed by a 61,000 crowd in Budapest due to the success of the country’s vaccination roll-out.
