Liverpool back in training as focus shifts to Premier League duel with Chelsea after victory over Porto

With a comfortable Champions League quarter-final first-leg victory in the bank, Liverpool’s players returned to Melwood on Thursday and turned their attention to Sunday’s Premier League clash with Chelsea.
In what is Liverpool’s hardest remaining Premier League game on paper, Jurgen Klopp‘s side meet Chelsea at Anfield on Sunday in the latest instalment of a gripping Premier League title race.
While Klopp’s men are top of the Premier League table, they have played a game more than second-place Manchester City and need Pep Guardiola‘s men to drop points at least once before the end of the season.
City are in action before Liverpool on Sunday at Selhurst Park, where they face Crystal Palace.
Liverpool warmed up for Chelsea with a 2-0 win against Porto in the Champions League on Tuesday night.
Naby Keita scored his second goal in as many games after five minutes and Roberto Firmino got the second in the 26th minute.
Andy Robertson will return at left-back after missing the game against Porto due to suspension.
Georginio Wijnaldum dropped to the bench for the visit of the Portuguese side but could also return to play against Maurizio Sarri’s men.
Chelsea have less time to prepare for their game at Anfield as they are in action on Thursday night against Slavia Prague in the Czech Republic on Thursday night.
